Cottage Cheese Ham Egg Bites

I love the Starbucks egg bites but to make them seems like too much work. I have been seeing tons of egg bite recipes out there using cottage cheese so thought I would try. These did turn out a lot like the Starbucks ones. These are delicious, low calorie, low in points and HUGE on protein!!

Cottage Cheese Ham Egg Bites

I’ve been wanting to try making egg bites and I finally did! These turned out delish and packed with protein! 
I will be making tons of these with different goodies to get my daily intake of protein and low points!
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 12 Cup Muffin Tin
  • 1 Oven


  • 9 large Eggs
  • 1 cup 2% Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Cubed Ham
  • 1/2 cup 3 Cheese Lite Shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper


  • Preheat Oven to 350
  • Spray your muffin tin and set aside
  • Blend all ingredients
  • Pour evenly into your 12 cup muffin tin
  • Bake for 30 minutes (time may vary depending on oven)
