Strawberry and Banana Yogurt Bowl

How pretty is this bowl? I almost didn’t want to eat it but of course I was hungry!

Pink is my all time favorite color, since I was a kid. My room growing up was actually all pink! The walls, carpet and decor…all pink. I loved it and felt so lucky to have such a beautiful room!

This bowl is heart healthy – celebrating the month of February which is Heart Month. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S. so let’s take care of ourselves and each other.

One of the biggest and easiest things we can change is our eating. Think outside the box from the norm, change up your ingredients and choose healthier options. You may be surprised at how delicious recipes can be and how close they come to the standard higher calorie versions!
