- 1 Blender
- 1 Oven
- 4 Ramekins (10oz)
Ingredients
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1-1/3 cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk (any milk will do)
- 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
- 15 gm Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix (I use Simply Delish)
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Butter Extract
- 2 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 16 gm Sugar Free Chocolate Baking Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray ramekins and set on your cookie sheet
- Blend all ingredients except for baking chips
- Pour batter evenly into your ramekins
- Top with chocolate chips
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Let cook before putting into the fridge.
