Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Oven
  • 4 Ramekins (10oz)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1-1/3 cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk (any milk will do)
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 15 gm Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix (I use Simply Delish)
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Butter Extract
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 16 gm Sugar Free Chocolate Baking Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Spray ramekins and set on your cookie sheet
  • Blend all ingredients except for baking chips
  • Pour batter evenly into your ramekins
  • Top with chocolate chips
  • Bake for 25 minutes
  • Let cook before putting into the fridge.
