Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Rice Cooker
- 1 Fry Pan
- 2 Cutting Boards
- 2 Mixing bowls
- 4 Meal Prep Containers
- 4 Condiment Containers
Ingredients
- 1.75 lbs Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning (use as much that will cover your chicken)
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 2-2/3 cup Rice
- 8 cups Chopped Cabbage
Instructions
- Drizzle EVOO and season your chicken breasts
- Air Fry at 400 for 25 minutes; flipping a few times during cooking. Make sure to cook all the way through at 165 degrees.
- Cook your rice in your rice cooker, pressure cooker or microwave. Any way you prefer to cook it.
- Chop your cabbage then fry in pan with 2 tbsp of water. This will help not be watery when reheating.
- Pour your caesar dressing into four condiment containers evenly.
