Chick-fil-A Hash Brown Scramble Bowl
I am all about trying up healthier creations based on fast food meals. The money and the calories are just not worth it when you can make it at home and better for you!
This copycat bowl based on the Chick-fil-A breakfast bowl is delicious and only 11 points! You can use less chicken and shredded hash browns but I went all out with this one and used the Trader Joes hash brown patty which is SO good!
Chick-fil-A Hash Brown Scramble Bowl
This copycat recipe bowl is filled with hash browns, eggs and chicken nuggets! What’s not to love? This is a delicious breakfast to warm you up on a cold morning.
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Small Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 Trader Joes Hash Brown Patty
- 5 oz Chicken Breast Chunks (Kirkland Brand)
- 1/8 cup Lite3 Cheese Blend Shredded
Instructions
- Set air fryer to 400
- Once your air fryer is ready, put in your hash brown patty and chicken chunks/nuggets
- Whisk your eggs in a bowl and fry them up
- Once everything is cooked, layer your bowl starting with your hash brown patty, eggs and chicken chunks/nuggets
- Top with your cheese and either melt in the microwave, broil in oven or use a kitchen torch
