Chicken and Waffles with Berry Compote
Happy National Chicken and Waffles Day! This turned out so delicious with the sweetness of the berries and the slight seasoning on the chicken.
This is a great breakfast to kick off the day but also could be enjoyed for lunch or dinner. Chicken and waffles is such a comforting combo and then adding the berries takes it to a whole new level!
