Cheese Crusted Bacon & Egg Breakfast Crunchwrap

Adding a cheesy crust to your crunchwraps is a total game change my friends! This makes it cheesier and crispier…what’s not to love??!!

I love making crunchwraps for breakfast. They are filling and so very satisfying. These I mainly make on the weekends as they take a little longer than I have time to take on a work day. So every weekend I look forward to a delicious breakfast crunchwrap! By the time Saturday rolls around, I have been going through withdrawals! LOL

Cheese Crusted Bacon & Egg Breakfast Crunchwrap

More cheese please! This breakfast crunchwrap is leveled up with the addition of crusted melty cheese as the outer part of the flatbread.
If you love cheese like me then you will LOVE this one. This crunchwrap is SO good without the crusted cheese but WOW when you add that…WOW it's delish!
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Servings 1

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Microwave

Ingredients

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 3/8 cup Lite3 Cheese Blend Shredded
  • 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Hashbrown Pattie's (I love Trader Joe's)
  • 2 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Air fry the hashbrown pattie's at 400 for 9 minutes
  • While the hashbrowns cook, scramble up your eggs.
  • Microwave the bacon to get a little crispy.
  • Lay out your flatbread
  • Layer the middle of your flatbread with your ingredients; starting and ending with ½ each of shredded cheese. This helps melt the cheese!
  • Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
  • Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
  • Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
  • Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
  • When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!
