Apple, Bacon & Chicken Sausage Pizza

Now THIS sweet ad savory pizza is where it's at! This is a huge game changer!!
The perfect balance of sweet and savory. I could eat chicken sausage with every meal! It is one of my favorites!
AmyLu sent me a bunch of their product to thank me for posting some of their foods! They are my favorite chicken sausages.

Equipment

  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1/3 tbsp Honey
  • 2/3 tbsp Lite Butter
  • 2 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
  • 1 AmyLu Chicken Sausage (64g)
  • 3/8 cup Lite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joe's)
  • 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
  • Put your chicken sausage in the air fryer at 400 for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the apple and chop your onions.
  • Caramelize your chopped onions in a small fry pan. I fry them on a high heat, once start to brown add a little bit of water, stir and repeat that process until it is all golden brown.
  • Once your chicken sausage is done, cut into pieces.
  • Place your flatbread on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet then spray the top of your flatbread. I use Pam cooking spray.
  • Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2 minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute
  • Take out your flatbread and spray your lite butter and add the caramelized onions.
  • Sprinkle your cheese then add chicken sausage and bacon pieces.
  • Heat up your butter and mix with honey then drizzle on your pizza.
  • Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
  • Take out and garnish with parlsey if you wish. Slice and ENJOY!
