Cajun Chicken Bowl
This is one of my favorite combinations here! I love how filling this is and only comes in at 11 points for everything.
I made an incredible cajun dipping sauce to go with this which brought this to another level of deliciousness!
Cajun Chicken Bowl
This was incredible! I have made this as one of my meal prep's and having this again is making me want to meal prep this again very soon. The new sauce I made turned out incredible and I am here for it!!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 120 grams AmyLu Chicken Sausage
- 5 oz Tyson Blackened Chicken Strips
- 1/2 cup White Rice
- 2/3 cup Roasted Corn (I use either Trader Joes or Del Monte)
Cajun Dipping Sauce
- 2 tbsp Fage 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Creole/Cajun Seasoning
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 tbsp Light Sour Cream
Instructions
- Whisk up your dip ingredients and put into the fridge
- Set your air fryer at 400
- Add the chicken to your air fryer and set for 10 minutes
- Slice up your chicken sausages
- Whisk up your dip ingredients
- When you have 8 minutes left on the fryer, add your sausages
- Heat up your corn and rice (I made this with instant rice)
- Once your chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces
- Take our your cajun dip and put into a little bowl (or set aside)
- Assemble your bowl and sprinkle your creole/cajun seasoning all over
- You can either mix in your sauce and stir your whole bowl together with it or use it as a dip per bite.
