Country Fried Chicken Breakfast Crunchwrap
There is just something comforting about fried chicken! Then you add country sausage gravy and it is even MORE comforting! This reminds me of chicken fried steak which is my all time favorite breakfast when we go out to eat.
Thankfully this version of fried chicken with country gravy is lighter than what you would be eating out at a restaurant. This is so delicious and filling that there is no reason to go out! You get the entire breakfast plate right here all wrapped up in a crunchwrap!

This combo is delicious as a bowl so I figured I'd turn it into a crunchwrap this morning. SO GOOD! I love when you bite into the crunchwrap and you get both the crunch and the delicious goodies inside!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 2 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 2 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Libby's Country Gravy
- 6 oz Just Bare Chicken Breast Bites
- 2 Trader Joe's Hashbrown Patties
- 1-1/2 cup Lite3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Instructions
- Air Fry the chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
- While your chicken cooks, scramble up the eggs.
- Heat up your gravy (just until slightly warm) in the microwave
- Once everything is done, lay out your flatbread.
- Layer the middle of your flat bread with your ingredients; starting and ending with ½ each of shredded cheese. This helps melt the cheese!
- Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
- Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
- Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
- Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!
