Have you ever had the Chick-fil-A Egg White Grill breakfast sandwich? Here’s a copycat Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwich turned into a bowl!!

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Fry Pan


  • 4 oz Tyson Rotisserie Chicken Breast
  • 83 grams Ore Ida Tater Tots
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1/8 cup Lite 3 cheese blend shredded


  • Air fry the chicken and tater tots at 400° for 9 minutes.
  • While the above cooks, scramble up your egg whites.
  • When everything is done, put into your bowl starting with the tater tot’s, eggs, chicken and melt the cheese on top.


Total of 8 Weight Watchers points.
