Coconut and Berries Yogurt Bowl
What a berry healthy and delicious breakfast bowl! Coconut is one of my favorites whether it is in a yogurt bowl, alcoholic drink or my lotion! LOL Not only does bowl have tons of protein but it also has antioxidants in the berries that make this even better for you!
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Frozen Berry Medley
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar Free Coconut Coffee Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 7 grams Sugar/Fat Free Strawberry Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
- 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Fruity Keto Cereal
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with pudding mix and coconut coffee syrup.
- Warm up the berries in microwave for about 40 seconds (if frozen).
- Add the yogurt mix, cereal and berries to your fancy bowl.
- Top with shredded coconut.
