Cinnamon Apple Pie Yogurt Bowl

I love a delicious slice of apple pie. Especially one that is warm with a side of vanilla bean ice cream slightly melting on the side. Ok ok…this is NOT that. However, this DOES taste like a slice of apple pie!

National Apple Pie Day lands on May 13th each year and I plan on having this every May 13th and many many days in between.


Cinnamon Apple Pie Yogurt Bowl

I'm kicking off the day with apple pie in a bowl! Ok, some would consider that dessert but I am going to call it breakfast! And a healthy one at that.

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Butter Extract
  • 1/2 cup No Sugar Apple Pie Filling
  • 8 grams Sugar/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
  • 2 tsp Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Coffee Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Light Whipped Topping
  • 1 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast Keto Cereal

Instructions
 

  • Mix the yogurt with extracts, pudding mix, brown sugar and Brown Sugar Cinnamon Coffee Syrup.
  • Add the yogurt, apple pie filling, whipped topping and cereal to your fancy bowl.
  • Top with a dash of cinnamon.
