S’mores Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)

Gimme s’more of this all day! These give me all the camping feels. There’s just something about s’mores that puts me at a campfire hanging out with family and friends.

The TikTok baked oats are the easiest thing to make EVER! I’ve been having fun with making all sorts of different flavors for each week. Breakfast at work has never been so delicious!


S’mores Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)

All the summer campfire feelings with these! With it now officially being Fall and the weather changing, we are done camping for the year.
As sad as that is, I am a HUGE Fall fan and excited for the best few months of the year!! I will be celebrating all week with these delish s'mores baked oats!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender/Ninja
  • 1 Oven
  • 4 Ramekins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp/serving Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding Mix (sugar free)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Butter Extract
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 60 Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (Lily's)
  • 2 Graham Crackers (I use Honey Maid)
  • 3/8 cup Mini Marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 350
  • Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips, marshmallows and graham crackers
  • Pour even into 4 sprayed ramekins
  • Add chocolate chips to each ramekin
  • Set aside 4 small pieces of graham cracker for decor later; crush the rest and sprinkle around the edge of each ramekin
  • Bake in over for 25 minutes
  • When done, put your marshmallows and small graham pieces on top and use a kitchen torch or broil to brown them

Notes

Total of 6 Weight Watchers points each!
I store each in a ziploc in the fridge and then take one each day to work! Heat up in the microwave for 1 minute and ENJOY!
