Peanut Butter, Banana & Cinnamon Yogurt Bowl
How great would it be if you had a cinnamon tree? I have plenty of room in my backyard for one! Did you know they can grow up to 60 feet??!! Friends, I cannot even make stuff like this up. It is true.
I could have added more cinnamon in my yogurt…I will do that next time. Are you a cinnamon lover like me? Do you have a tree? HA!
Peanut Butter, Banana & Cinnamon Yogurt Bowl
HOLY BANANAS this was DELISH! I get asked if I get tired of having these. NOPE! There are so many different ways to make these that you could never get tired of them.
Equipment
- 2 Mixing bowls
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast Keto Cereal
- 1 Banana
- 5 grams Sugar/Fat Free Banana Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
- 1/2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with extracts, pudding mix, 1/2 mashed banana, brown sugar and almond milk.
- Mix the PBfit with water to your desired consistency.
- Add the yogurt mix, peanut butter and cereal to your fancy bowl.
- Top with other 1/2 banana sliced and dash of cinnamon.
