White Chocolate Cheesecake Yogurt Bowl
This looks like desert in a bowl. Believe it or not I have dessert for breakfast all the time!
These yogurt bowls are full of protein, sometimes as much as 50 grams of it! These keep me full and they definitely keep me excited about breakfast.
Choose your favorite flavors of pudding, coffee syrup and extracts. Choose your favorite cereal to add and you have yourself an amazing breakfast. I enjoy peanut butter in a lot of my bowls as well which adds protein. You can also add protein powder to your yogurt. The ideas are endless and you will thank me later!
White Chocolate Cheesecake Yogurt Bowl
It's National White Chocolate Cheesecake Day so I celebrated with this delicious yogurt bowl which tasted just like white chocolate cheesecake with chocolate crust! I love making delicious yogurt bowls for breakfast. They are huge on protein and huge on flavor. Just by adding a few ingredients to plain greek yogurt turns your bland yogurt into something really delicious and special.
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free White Chocolate Coffee Syrup
- 1/8 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 14 grams Sugar/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
- 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Chocolate Keto Cereal
- 1 Piece Sugar Free Chocolate (I used RED)
- 1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with extracts, pudding mix, coffee syrup and almond milk.
- Chop up your chocolate and set aside.
- Add the yogurt mix to your fancy bowl.
- Add your cereal, raspberries and chocolate.
