Salmon Sweet Potato Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl

This Breakfast Bowl is the perfect way to kickstart your day—hearty, wholesome, and full of protein to keep you fueled. 👏
Crispy air-fried sweet potatoes, flaky @fishefixe Sockeye Salmon, creamy cottage cheese, and a jammy egg on top, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with @daks Original Red seasoning because, YES PLEASE. 💯

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Small Fry Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz Sockey Salmon
  • 2 cups Diced Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2/3 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Diced Onions
  • 1/2 gram Diced Mini Sweet Red Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Keto Honey Substitute (Wholesome Yum)
  • 3 tsp Daks Original Red

Instructions
 

  • Season your sweet potatoes and salmon with Original RED
  • Air Fry your sweet potatoes at 400 for 35 minutes
  • Stick your salmon in when you have 8 minutes left; flip half way through!
  • While the above is cooking, caramelize your onions in a fry pan, adding your diced red pepper in right at the end just to warm them up.
  • Fry up your egg on medium and be sure to not overcook!
  • When your potatoes are cooked, put them into your. mixing bowl and add onions and red pepper and mix.
  • Layer your bowl with your potatoes, cottage cheese and salmon.
  • Lay your egg on top, drizzle with honey and more seasoning! ENJOY!
