Very Berry Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are not only colorful and beautiful but they are also healthy, delicious and keeps you full for a while!

For this smoothie bowl, I added rolled oats for more fiber and thickness. The berries give this a slight tartness and then you add in the banana and it is the perfect blend of sweetness!

Smoothie Bowls are insanely delicious and filling! Let's not forget to mention that these are healthy too! I added oats to this one which add more fiber and fullness!
This smoothie bowl has delicious raspberries, blackberries and bananas to bring out a delicious sweetness! Then add in the coconut shreds and YUM!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1-1/2 cup Mixed Frozen Berries
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Instructions
 

  • Throw everything into your blender and blend up!
  • You can add more almond milk or berries if you prefer a different consistency
  • Pour into a bowl and top with more berries and coconut flakes (optional)

Notes

Total of 8 Weight Watchers Points.
Some count their blended fruit but I don’t.
