Maple Bacon Peanut Butter Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)
The TikTok Baked Oats is the easiest and most delicious recipe you could imagine! Pop all your goodies into a blender, blend, pour into ramekins, bake and BAM!
Oatmeal is so healthy for you. It is good for your heart and good for your appetite! I am having a lot of fun making different versions of baked oats and I have just started.





Maple Bacon Peanut Butter Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)
OHMYGOSH friends these are DELISH! I'm all in for a salty and sweet combo any day! These are going to be amazing for my breakfasts this week and I couldn't be more excited! You could say that my syrup drizzle was a bit much but I'm just fine with it!
Equipment
- 1 Oven
- 1 Blender
- 4 Ramekins (sprayed with non stick spray)
- 1 Cookie Sheet
Ingredients
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 Bananas
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 4 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 8 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
- 4 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand) You can also use center cut bacon diced
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Butter Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Blend all ingredients together (leave a little of your bacon pieces aside to top later)
- Place sprayed four ramekins on your cookie sheet
- Pour mix evenly into your four ramekins
- Top with remaining bacon pieces
- Bake for 25 minutes (give or take depending on your oven)
- When done, top with a drizzle of maple syrup and peanut. butter! (optional)
