Caramel Apple Pie Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)

These apple pie blended baked oats give me all the Fall feels! They are delicious and will warm me up on cold crisp mornings.

I love warm apple pie with a side of vanilla bean ice cream. It always brings me back to my childhood and eating it with my grandma.

Caramel Apple Pie Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)

I'm obsessed with the viral TikTok baked oats. Seriously friends, if you haven't had them yet then you're missing out! All you need is a blender and ramekins and your life will be complete!
I love Fall season when all the delicious fresh produce comes out such as APPLES!

  • 1 Oven
  • 4 Ramekins
  • 1 Cookie Sheet


  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 2 Peeled and Chopped Apple (I use honeycrisp)
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Butter Extract
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Salted Caramel Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)


  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  • Peel and chop up apples
  • Put everything in your blender except for some of your chopped apples for topping
  • Blend everything well
  • Spray your ramekins with non stick spray and place onto cookie sheet
  • Pour evenly into your 4 ramekins
  • Top with remaining chopped apples
  • Bake for 25 minutes (depending on your oven)
  • I topped mine with sugar free caramel drizzle, reddi whip and a dash of cinnamon


Total of 4 Weight Watchers points!
