Individual Meat Lovers Breakfast Casserole

Individual Meat Lovers Breakfast Casserole
These 5 point individual breakfast casserole's are DELISH! Just grabbing them and heating up for breakfast at work is easy and you will be proud of yourself with staying on track!
Equipment
- 1 Oven
- 4 10 oz Ramekins
- 1 Cookie Sheet
Ingredients
- 12 Eggs
- 12 Johnsonville Turkey Sausage Links
- 4 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
- 1/2 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 1 tsp Kinders Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350
- Cut your sausage links to small pieces
- Place your ramekins on the cookie sheet and spray them with non stick spray
- Put your sausage, bacon and cheese into each ramekin divided out equally
- Whisk your eggs with seasoning. then pour evenly into each ramekin
- Bake for 30 minutes (may be less or more depending on your oven)
- Once done, take out and cool down before you put into the fridge
- Reheat for 1-1/2 minutes
