Individual Meat Lovers Breakfast Casserole

Individual Meat Lovers Breakfast Casserole

These 5 point individual breakfast casserole's are DELISH!
Just grabbing them and heating up for breakfast at work is easy and you will be proud of yourself with staying on track!

  • 1 Oven
  • 4 10 oz Ramekins
  • 1 Cookie Sheet


  • 12 Eggs
  • 12 Johnsonville Turkey Sausage Links
  • 4 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
  • 1/2 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
  • 1 tsp Kinders Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning (optional)


  • Preheat over to 350
  • Cut your sausage links to small pieces
  • Place your ramekins on the cookie sheet and spray them with non stick spray
  • Put your sausage, bacon and cheese into each ramekin divided out equally
  • Whisk your eggs with seasoning. then pour evenly into each ramekin
  • Bake for 30 minutes (may be less or more depending on your oven)
  • Once done, take out and cool down before you put into the fridge
  • Reheat for 1-1/2 minutes
