Monster Cookie Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)
Since I made my first bath of baked oatmeal last week for meal prep, I am obsessed. They truly are the perfect meal prep that is enjoyable EVERY morning throughout the week.
My co-workers said all week how delicious they smelled when I warmed them up, just like a fresh baked cookie.
I am SO excited for these ones. I sometimes make monster cookie oatmeal bowls for breakfast so turning these into baked oats brings them to the next level!




Monster Cookie Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)
Cookie Monster would LOVE these 6 point baked cookie oats and so will you! I took my last weeks baked oatmeal recipe and tweaked it a bit. I am so very excited for my breakfasts this week!!
Equipment
- 1 Oven
- 1 Ramekin
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Mashed Banana
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp Butter Extract
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 tbsp Mini M&M's
- 3 Mini Pretzels
- 10 grams Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Blend all ingredients together except for the M&M's, 1/2 tbsp PBfit and 1 pretzel
- Pour your mixture into a sprayed ramekin or oven safe dish
- Mix your 1/2 tbsp PBfit with water and set aside
- Top with your M&M's, 1 pretzel and drizzle of peanut butter
- Bake for 25 minutes (give or take depending on your oven)
