Lemon Poppyseed Blueberry Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)

Trust me friends when I tell you that eating healthy blended baked oats is just like having a high calorie breakfast muffin! Best part with these of course is they’re without the calories, ww points and guilt!


Lemon Poppyseed Blueberry Baked Oats

These blended individual baked oats are INCREDIBLE! It’s just like you’re eating a muffin for breakfast. I love making different flavors and this may be my all time favorite!

Equipment

  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Blenda (Ninja)
  • 4 10 oz Ramekins (spray with non-stick)
  • 1 Cookie Sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Extract
  • 1 tsp Butter Extract
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 1 box Simply Delish Lemon Pudding Mix
  • 1-1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 tbsp Poppy Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix up everything in your blender except for your blueberries
  • Once blended, fold in your blueberries
  • Pour into your ramekins divided evenly
  • Top with a few more berries on each
  • Bake for 35 minutes (may take 5 more depending on your oven)
