Making these viral TikTok blended oats are so quick and easy! Best part is they’re healthy and SO DELISH!


Pumpkin Gingerbread Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)

If you love pumpkin and you love gingerbread then why wouldn't you combine them?
This combo is so delicious and makes for the perfect holiday season baked oats to warm your tummy and your heart.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender/Ninja
  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Cookie Sheet
  • 4 Ramekins (sprayed with non stick spray)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats – dry (I use Quaker)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Wholesome Yum Keto Honey
  • 1-1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1-1/2 cups Pumpkin Puree (I use Farmers Market)
  • 2 tsp Jordan's Skinny Gingerbread Syrup
  • 1 tsp Butter Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Place your sprayed ramekins on your cookie sheet
  • Blend all your ingredients together in your blender
  • Bake for 25 minutes – may still be soft in the middle but if you are reheating for the week, leave them. If eating right away, bake another 5 minutes if you want firm.
  • I topped mine with whipped topping and a gingerbread man for pics!
