Spicy Chicken BLT Crunchwrap

I could live off of crunchwraps! Actually, I think I do. HA! There are so many different ways you can make them! I love using Cut da Carb flatbread for these because they are ONLY 1 point for an entire flatbread and they crunch up perfectly!

Spicy Chicken BLT Crunchwrap

You know I love crunchwraps and WOW t his one was soooo good! Spicy, salty and crunchy! Not sure it gets much better than that!
Total of 8 Weight Watchers points for half the plate – an entire crunchwrap!

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Microwave

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 4 oz Tyson Blackened Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
  • 3/8 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
  • 1 tbsp Light Mayo
  • 1/4 cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray

Instructions
 

  • Air fry chicken at 400 for 8 minutes
  • Microwave your bacon to warm up and get crunchy (optional)
  • Slice your tomatoes
  • Once your chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces
  • Lay out your flatbread
  • Spread mayo in the middle of the flatbread
  • Layer your ingredients on top of your mayo starting and ending with the shredded cheese (this will help it melt)
  • Fold up like a present and spray with butter spray folded side down then put into your fry pan and cover with a lid
  • After a couple minutes, spray the top of your crunchwrap then flip
  • If you need, flip each side of your crunchwrap to get the perfect golden brown you are looking for
  • Spray all sides of your crunchwrap and flip by putting it between your spray bottle and spatula. This crunches up all parts of your wrap!
  • When done, place on a cutting board/mat and cut in half

Notes

Total of 8 Weight Watchers points for half the plate which is one big crunchwrap!
