Pumpkin Cinnamon Toast Yogurt Bowl
It’s almost Thanksgiving and I couldn’t be more excited! As most of you know, I am a huge pumpkin fan, no matter if it is to eat, decorate, smell or carve; I am team pumpkin all the way!
Did you know that yogurt is over 7,000 years old?! No, I didn’t either but how crazy is that to think just how long people have been eating this delicious and healthy food?!
Pumpkin Cinnamon Toast Yogurt Bowl
This is a delicious and festive Fall bowl with tons of flavor and tons of protein. I love pumpkin everything and WOW does this bowl deliver all the goods!!
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 9 grams Sugar/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
- 10 grams Lily's Pumpkin Spice Baking Chips
- 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast Keto Cereal
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
- 2 tbsp PBfit Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Butter Extract
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with extracts, pudding mix, brown sugar and pumpkin spices.
- Mix the Pumpkin PBfit with water to your desired consistency.
- Add the yogurt, peanut butter and cereal to your fancy bowl.
- Top wth Pumpkin Spice Baking Chips and dash of pumpkin spice seasoning.
