Chicken Taco Pasta
I have really been enjoying the Al Dente Carba Nada pasta and I am not even a big pasta eater!
It is Taco Tuesday so I wanted to look through my fridge and make something I don’t usually make. WOW why did it take so long for me to make this? It turned out delicious and I will definitely have this on repeat!
Chicken Taco Pasta
It's Taco Tuesday so I thought I'd make something new and exciting! WOW how did it take me so long to figure this out? SO DELISH!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Pasta/Sauce Pan
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Small Fry Pan or Microwave bowl (for corn)
Ingredients
- 3/4 Dry Al Dente Carba Nada Pasta
- 6 oz Tyson Blackened Chicken
- 1 tsp Dak's Taco Seasoning
- 1/4 oz Queso Freso Cheese
- 2 tbsp Sliced Black Olives
- 1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 2 Diced Sweet Red Peppers
- 2/3 cup Roasted Corn
- 2 tbsp Light Sour Cream
Instructions
- Boil your pasta
- While that boils, put your chicken in the air fryer at 400 for 9 minutes
- Chop your veggies
- When pasta is done, drain and transfer to a mixing bowl
- Add your diced red peppers, cilantro and salsa con queso and mix
- Heat up your corn in a fry pan or microwave
- When your chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces
- Add everything on top of your pasta and ENJOY!
