Nashville Hot Chicken & Biscuit Bowl
If you are like me and love sweet and spicy then this is for YOU! Usually these you will see as as a sandwich but making this into a bowl is easy, delicious and mess free!

Nashville Hot Chicken & Biscuit Bowl
I was craving Nashville Hot Chicken and had made a batch of biscuits a few days ago. Thought I would go crazy and make it into a delicious bowl! The pickles on the side is perfect and why have a mess on your hands when you can just use a fork?!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Small Sauce Pan
- 1 Oven
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Biscuits
- 6 oz Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks
- 1 Tbsp Light Butter Spread
- 2 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Honey
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 6 Slices Wickles Pickles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°
- Lay out your biscuits in a cookie sheet per the tube directions.
- Bake your biscuits for 14 minutes.
- Set your air fryer at 400°
- Get out your chicken, pickles and sauce ingredients.
- Once the air fryer is ready, put your chicken in and set for 9 minutes.
- Start combining your sauce ingredients in your pan and start to boil. As soon as it boils, stir and turn to simmer.
- Once your chicken is done, put it into the sauce pan and mix.
- Grab your serving bowl and cut two cooked biscuits and place 1-1/2 of them in your bowl. Add your pickles and then your chicken.
