Cheese Crusted Cheeseburger Crunchwrap
That’s a mouthful and so are these crunchwraps! As a lot of you know, cheeseburgers are my favorite food! I decided to add a cheese crust to the outside of these crunchwraps which level these up BIG time! You must try!

Cheese Crusted Cheeseburger Crunchwrap
These were INCREDIBLE!! I of course split these as usual which was rough. I just didn't want to share with anyone but knew that I couldn't spend the points on this today. I was told by the fam that this actually tasted like a Big Mac! I was so proud of myself and it really did taste like one except without the calories and points. I am here for this!
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 2 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 10 oz 96/4% Ground Beef
- 1-1/2 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 6 Slices Dill Pickles (I love Wickles)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup White Onion
- 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
- 4 tbsp Burger Sauce (I use Trader Joe's Magifisauce)
Instructions
- I pan fried my ground beef with chopped onion and yellow mustard. Trust me on this one. In and Out Burger actually uses mustard in their burger patties!
- While the meat cooks, dice up your tomatoes and pickles.
- Wipe out your fry pan then spray with non-stick and sprinkle some of your shredded cheese directly on your pan. Turn on to Medium.
- Lay out your flatbread
- Layer the middle of your flatbread with your ingredients; starting and ending with ½ each of shredded cheese. This helps melt the cheese!
- Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
- Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan on top of the cheese. Then sprinkle some cheese on top of your crunchwrap and cover with a lid so that cheese melts. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
- Spray the cheese top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
- Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!

Total of 13 Weight Watchers points for EACH / half of the plate = 1 full crunchwrap.
