Nutter Butter Oatmeal Bowl

I love Nutter Butter cookies! Of course I just love everything with peanut butter. I grabbed these mini Nutter Butters at the store and thought I’d make an oatmeal bowl out of them. SO GOOD!

It is claimed that Nutter Butters are the best-selling U.S. peanut butter sandwich cookies with around a billion eaten every year!! WHOA that is a lot of cookies!


Nutter Butter Oatmeal Bowl

It's National Peanut Butter Cookie Day so I celebrated with this delicious bowl of all things peanut butter!
Who else loves Nutter Butters? You have GOT to try them if you haven't.

Equipment

  • 1 Microwave
  • 2 Small Mixing Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Instant Plain Oatmeal Packet
  • 5 grams Sugar/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 2 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp Butter Extract
  • 4 Crushed Mini Nutter Butter Cookies

Instructions
 

  • Heat up your instant oat packet in the microwave, following packet directions.
  • Mix the powdered peanut butter with water to your desired consistency.
  • Once oatmeal is done, stir in your pudding mix, brown sugar and extracts.
  • Transfer your oatmeal into the bowl you will eat out of.
  • Add in your peanut butter and nutter butter cookies!
