Pumpkin Spice makes everything nice! I am a huge fan of pumpkin everything. In August I start looking for new Halloween decor to add to my already overabundance. HA!
I’m excited for pumpkin spice lattes, muffins and everything you can think of that has to do with pumpkin spice.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Parfait
I love Fall season with the leaves changing color, the crisp cold weather and PUMPKINS!I also LOVE Pumpkin Spice everything…food, drink, candles…you name it I love it! This parfait is no exception. The combination of the layers are delicious and this breakfast is super filling.1
Equipment
- 1 Medium Mason Jar
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice Shake
- 2/3 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Sugar Seasoning
- 3 tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
- 2/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Light & Fit Pumpkin Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Light Cool Whip
- 2 tbsp Light Reddi Whip
Instructions
- Mix all above ingredients from the shake to cinnamon sugar in a mixing bowl then put into your mason jar and place in fridge overnight.
- In the morning, take out your oats and layer with the rest of the ingredients.
