Pancake Breakfast Tacos
These are super easy and incredibly delicious!! You can use any type of pancakes you wish but I used my favorite Premier Pancake frozen pancakes. You can also use your favorite breakfast sausage but I used Morningstar veggie sausage which is one of my favs and super low in points and calories! This breakfast is a win win for me!!
Pancake Breakfast Tacos
I love pancakes, especially when they include eggs and meat! For these, I used veggie breakfast sausage which is still delicious to me and what I had in the freezer. This was so quick and easy but sure will be delicious this week at work for my breakfasts!
Equipment
- 1 Microwave
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Fry Pan
- 4 Meal Prep Containers
- 4 Condiment Containers
Ingredients
- 12 Premier Protein Pancakes
- 6 Eggs
- 4 Veggie Breakfast Sausage
- 1 tbsp Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 8 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Whisk your eggs and scramble in your fry pan.
- Microwave your pancakes and sausage until warm and no longer frozen.
- Pour your pancake syrup into the condiment containers
- Assemble your containers with your pancakes, then eggs, sausage and cheese.
- Add your syrup and YUM!
