General Tso’s Chicken and Rice Bowls

This is my all time favorite dish to order takeout! This version is only 3 points vs up to 20 points at a restaurant! I went non-breaded because I prefer it for my meal prep. You can go for breaded using a combo of cornstarch and flour or crushed corn flakes. This sauce is so delicious that you won’t even miss the breading!

I topped this with white sesame seeds, additional chili pepper flakes and green onions. If you are not a fan of spicy, you can leave out the pepper flakes. The sauce will still be DELISH!

General Tso’s Chicken and Rice Bowls

This skinny version of General Tso's Chicken is AMAZING! I love the takeout version of breaded crispy chicken but the points and calories are high. This dish is ONLY 3 points for the chicken!
