Peppermint Mocha Yogurt Bowl
‘Tis the Season! I may be early for some but once Thanksgiving passes, I am ready for all things Christmas! Ok let’s be honest, I am ready for Christmas BEFORE Thanksgiving but do not judge!
I never used to be a fan of Peppermint Mocha until my sister in-law Jani would order hers with less peppermint. It is SO delish that way and now every year I think of her anytime I even think of a Peppermint Mocha. Now I am hooked on the combo!
Peppermint Mocha Yogurt Bowl
I love Christmas time and every year I make something in this combo! I always love ordering a Peppermint Mocha or even a Peppermint Hot Chocolate which always reminds me of the most wonderful season.This yogurt bowl turned out SO delicious and it has tons of protein which makes me stay full for hours. It really is a win win!
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Espresso Machine
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 fl oz Sugar Free Peppermint Bark Coffee Syrup
- 7 grams Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (Ross)
- 1 Crushed Mini Candy Cane
- 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Dark Chocolate Keto Cereal
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 7 grams Sugar/Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
- 1/2 Nespresso Espresso Capsule
- 1/2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with extracts, pudding mix, brown sugar, espresso, cocoa and peppermint bark syrup.
- Add yogurt and cereal to your fancy bowl.
- Top with crushed candy cane and chocolate chips.
