Pizza Omelette

I love omelettes and I love pizza so why not combine the two?!

I haven’t quite mastered the omelette yet but I’m very close. I don’t like a burnt omelette nor a runny one so trying to get the in between is perfection.

There are so many different things you can stuff into an omelette and if you love pizza like I do then this is for you!


Pizza Omelette

Who loves pizza? I DO!! Making an omelette for breakfast is one of the greatest eats but then make it into a pizza omelette and you have yourself DELISH!!

Equipment

  • 2 Fry Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1/8 Cup Diced Onions
  • 1/8 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Bacon Pieces
  • 3/8 cup Lite Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Sliced Black Olives
  • 21 grams Turkey Pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Caramelize your onions in a fry pan. Turn on high then pour a little water into the pan once they brown. Follow this step several times until they’re golden brown.
  • Warm up the pepperoni a bit either in your fry pan or microwave.
  • Whisk your eggs and pour into a non stick pan on low/med.
  • Once your eggs are still slightly runny, add pepperoni, olives, some sauce and cheese then folde your egg over and cover.
  • Once your cheese has melted transfer to a plate and eat up!
