BBQ Chicken Salad
I love delicious and colorful salads. The different foods you can add to lettuce is endless and this one is no exception. Heck, there are so many kinds of lettuce that you could probably eat a different salad every day for a year without duplication. HA!
BBQ Chicken Salad
This big chicken salad was so amazing! I love the Just Bare Chicken bites and then mixing them with skinny bbq sauce is next level!Do you love salad? I sure do and I could eat tons of it but have to be cautious of the dressing. That is where Bolthouse Farms comes in for me. It is made with yogurt and really good!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Small Sauce Pan
- 1 Serving Bowl
Ingredients
- 5 oz Just Bare Chicken Breast Chunks
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Corn
- 1/2 cup Black Beans
- 17 Good Thins Corn Crackers
- 1/2 cup Diced Tomato
- 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion
- 1/4 Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 3 tbsp Bolthouse Ranch Dressing
Skinny BBQ Sauce
- 4 tbsp Sugar Free Ketchup
- 1-1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Air Fry your chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
- Chop up your veggies
- Mix your sauce ingredients and cook on high then turn down to simmer once starts to boil
- Add all your veggies and crackers to your bowl
- When the chicken is cooked, mix with your sauce then add to your bowl
- Drizzle with Ranch Dressing
