Asian Chicken Salad Bowls

Also known as Chinese Chicken Salad. My favorite is the Oriental Chicken Salad I used to get at Applebees which of course has breaded crispy chicken with an amazing dressing! That my friends came in at 1145 calories!!!!!!!!

It’s crazy to think that so many of us for years would order a salad because of course it had to be healthier and less calories right?! WRONG!

We can enjoy healthy-ish salads at home and add anything and everything we want!

Asian Chicken Salad Bowls

These are YUM and only 7 points! Call me crazy but there is something I love about the combo of pea pods and mandarin oranges. Maybe it is the crunch and the juice together?
For me the topping of chow mein noodles takes me back to when I was a kid and my mom would top her salads with them. They add a great crunch and really finishes this salad off. Be sure to put them in little bags so that they are still fresh and crunchy when you go to eat these!
