Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Breakfast Sausage is high in calories and fat which of course is why I love it so much. But THIS version is just the opposite and comes in at ZERO points on Weight Watchers!

I made these jumbo size at 8oz which for a lot of people is double their serving size but I have an appetite and eat lots of protein a day. It helps with my energy, appetite suppression and muscle gain in my workouts.

These I made for meal prep breakfast sandwiches for the week.

Stir your spices together and mix them in with your ground turkey. You can use ground chicken too, just use the 99% fat free.

Make balls in the palm of your hand and weigh individually for the ounces you are looking for. Then squish down with either your hand or a burger weight.

I air fried these bad boys at 400 for 10 minutes; flipping half way through.
