Waffle Omelettes

Also known as Chaffles. Which ultimately are made with cheese and egg. Then you can add whatever you wish!
It’s Football Sunday today and a rainy one! We will be staying inside to keep warm, dry and cozy.
I kicked off my morning with these delicious bacon, egg and cheese waffle omelettes! They are super easy and so delicious! Only 5 Weight Watchers points for 4!




Waffle Omelettes
These are so yummy and super easy which as you know, what I prefer!If you don't have one of these mini Dash waffle makers then I highly recommend getting one. They are so cute, convenient for one and makes quick and perfect recipes.I love these waffle omelettes!
Equipment
- 1 Dash Waffle Maker
- 1 Microwave (optional)
- 1 Wire Baking Rack
Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
- 1/4 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
Instructions
- Preheat your Dash Waffle Maker
- Microwave your bacon pieces (optional but I like them crispy)
- Once Dash is preheated, add a little cheese
- Then crack an egg and use a fork to break and move the yolk around
- Add your bacon and then little more cheese and close the lid
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Take off and place on a wire rack while you make the rest
