Mango Pineapple Habanero Chicken Pizza
Yep that is a mouthful in so many ways! As many of you know, this is my all time favorite sauces of all time. I have put it on almost everything! Making it into a pizza is AMAZING!! Don’t just take my word for it, you need to try this yourself!
Mango Pineapple Habanero Chicken Pizza
This is one of THE best crazy pizza creations I have come up with and definitely on repeat! I am obsessed with this sauce and then add the Just Bare Chicken pieces to this takes it to the edge!! I am in love and forever changed with this one.
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Oven
Ingredients
- 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 3/8 cup Lite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joe's)
- 6 oz Chicken Breast Chunks (I use Just Bare)
- 6 tbsp GHughes Mango Habanero Sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1 tbsp Chopped Red Onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green Onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
- Set your Air Fryer at 400 degrees
- Once the air fryer is ready, cook your chicken for 9 minutes.
- Place your flatbread on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet then spray the top of your flatbread. I use Pam cooking spray.
- Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute.
- When your chicken is done, coat it with more of the sauce. Be sure to save some of the sauce left for drizzle at the end.
- Take flatbread out of the oven and spread your sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, covering your flatbread.
- Add your chicken, red onion and pineapple.
- Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
- Take your pizza out of the oven and top with green onion and drizzle of the sauce. YUM!
