Bacon, Egg & Jam Breakfast Crunchwrap
I love sweet and salty! THIS was the perfect combination. Who said that jam has to ONLY be paired with peanut butter?! Not this girl. If you have both bacon and jam in the house then you have got to make this.
I love having jam on my bacon cheeseburgers. It adds such a unique flavor so when I had thought of that at breakfast time, it was the perfect opportunity to make this crunchwrap. YUM!
Bacon, Egg & Jam Breakfast Crunchwrap
Now THIS is my JAM! Salty and sweet goes together which means bacon and jam are the perfect pair! Jam not only belongs on toast, it belongs in crunchwraps! This turned out to die for. Trust me on this one friends…it is a MUST try!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 2 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 2 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 1-1/4 cup Ore Ida Hashbrowns
- 1-1/2 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 4 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Sugar Free Raspberry Jam (any favorite flavor)
- 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Instructions
- Pan fry the hashbrowns using non-stick spray (I use Pam) then spray them with ICBINB. Mixing them around to be sure they get slightly crispy to your liking.
- While your hashbrowns cook, scramble up your eggs.
- Once hashbrowns and eggs are done, set aside and let cook for a few minutes.
- Lay out your flatbread
- Layer the middle of your flatbread with your ingredients starting and ending with ½ each of shredded cheese. This helps melt the cheese!
- Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
- Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your fry pan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
- Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
- Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!
- Serve with an extra side of jam!
