Light Big Mac Salad

WOWZERS this is such a delicious salad! I love burgers, especially Big Mac’s which I have not had in years! Making it into a delicious burger bowl is such a great way to make it a bit healthier and lighter and a lot less guilt!


Light Big Mac Salad

When I'm in the mood for a burger and a salad THIS does the trick. This is so simple to make and super filling.
The dressing is my therealpounddropper and I can drink the stuff with a straw. Ok, not really but it seriously is THAT good!
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Servings 1

Equipment

  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Big Salad Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz 96/4% Ground Beef
  • 1 serving Light Big Mac Dressing (found on therealpounddropper)
  • 8 slices Hamburger Pickles
  • 1/4 cup Diced White Onion
  • 1/3 cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp White Sesame Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Fry up your ground beef with salt & pepper
  • Chop up your veggies
  • When your meat is cooked, drain all juices
  • Fill your big salad bowl and EAT!
