Blackened Chicken Tacos with Pineapple Mango Salsa

Sweet and spicy is always my jam! These tacos have that perfect combo along with a drizzle of honey to finish them off. You must try these then let me know what you think!
These Tyson blackened chicken strips are very popular among Weight Watchers friends because they are zero points and full of flavor!
Making tacos is fun and you can literally use so many different ingredients. I just pulled out items I had in my fridge then decided on the blackened chicken. I love being spontaneous!


Blackened Chicken Tacos with Pineapple Mango Salsa
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 9 oz Tyson Blackened Chicken
- 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
Pineapple Mango Salsa
- 1/2 cup Pineapple (crushed or diced)
- 1/2 cup Diced Mango
- 3 tbsp Diced Red Onion
- 3 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 2 Mini Sweet Red Peppers
- 1/2 Lime
Honey Crema
- 1/3 cup Fage 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Sugar Free Honey
Instructions
- Air Fry Blackened Chicken at 400 for 9 minutes
- While chicken is cooking, cut 3 small rounds in your flatbread. I use a Pyrex glass bowl to trace.
- Chop/Dice your veggies and fruit then put into a small bowl and squeeze your lime and mix
- When chicken is done, cut into bite size pieces
- Mix your yogurt and honey to make the honey crema
- Layer your flatbread rounds with chicken, salsa and drizzle of crema!
