Chicken Sausage and Cabbage

This is one of my all time favorite super easy meals! The AmyLu products are some of the best and this chicken sausage is #1 in my heart!

I love cabbage and should eat more of it! Its low in calories/points, high in nutrients, including vitamins C and K, fiber and antioxidants. It is known to support digestion, boost the immune system and promote heart health!

The combination of these flavors are spot on and if you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend you do! You’ll thank me I promise!

Chicken Sausage and Cabbage

This is an oldie but a goodie. I love the combination of the caramelized onions, chicken sausage and cabbage as they take on HUGE flavor when cooked all together.
Basically this is a one pan dinner!

Cook Time 20 minutes
Servings 1


  • 1 Big and Deep Fry Pan


  • 1 small Yellow Sweet Onion
  • 3 AmyLu Chicken Sausage Links (64g)
  • 3 cups Chopped Green Cabbage
  • 2 pinch Red Pepper Flakes (optional)


  • Caramelize your chopped onions in a small fry pan. I fry them on a high heat, once start to brown add a little bit of water, stir and repeat that process until it is all golden brown.
  • Add in your chicken sausage once you have cut into bit size pieces and cook at med/hi
  • Once your chicken is almost cooked, add chopped cabbage and set on medium heat
  • Stir periodically so everything is stirred well and cooks together
  • Once the cabbage is cooked to your liking, transfer into your bowl/plate
  • Top with green onion, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes (all optional)


Total of 7 Weight Watchers points!
