Chicken BLT Crunchwrap

I love a delicious chicken BLT on toasted sourdough bread. Well heck any sandwich on toasted bread is yummy to me!

I thought I would try my hand at a chicken BLT in a crunchwrap and WOW why did I wait so long? This was DELISH and I highly recommend!

Chicken BLT Crunchwrap

To say I’m obsessed with Crunchwraps would be an understatement. They’re delicious and can be filled with everything you can think of!
This one is AMAZING and super filling.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Servings 1


  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Fry Pan


  • 4 oz Diced Chicken Breast
  • 2 tbsp Bacon (I love Kirkland Bacon pieces)
  • 1/3 cup 3 Cheese Lite Shredded
  • 1/4 cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Chopped/Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 tbsp Light Mayo
  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread


  • Air fry chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
  • Dice/Chop up tomato and lettuce
  • When chicken is done, cut into bite size pieces.
  • Lay out your flatbread
  • Layer the middle of your flatbread with your ingredients starting with mayo, then 1/2 of your cheese, chicken, bacon, tomato, lettuce and ending with the rest of the shredded cheese. This helps melt the cheese!
  • Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
  • Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
  • Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
  • Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
  • When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!


Total of 8 Weight Watchers points for half the plate which is one full crunchwrap.
