Pepperoni and Pineapple Pizza Quesadillas
When you want both pizza and quesadillas THIS happens! This was delicious and you know me…I am team pineapple! Dip these into extra pizza sauce on the side and you have a winner!
This is made like the Tik Tok Tortilla wrap hack that hit the web a couple years ago.
Pepperoni and Pineapple Pizza Quesadillas
I'm definitely team pineapple my friends! When I started Weight Watchers, these turkey pepperoni's became one of the biggest switches I made. I love me some greasy fatty delicious pepperoni but the points and the calories can be insane. By all means, you can still enjoy the standard pepperoni but for me, I love to eat and eat a lot at that so the turkey ones have saved me!
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 2 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 1-1/2 cups Lite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joe's)
- 60 grams Turkey Pepperoni
- 1/2 cup No-Sugar Pineapple Tidbits
- 1/3 cup Pizza Sauce (I use Ragu)
- 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Instructions
- Warm up the pepperoni in the microwave.
- Take your flatbread and cut a slit halfway up the middle from bottom.
- Spread pizza sauce on the bottom left 1/4 corner.
- Place your pepperoni on your top 1/4 left corner.
- Sprinkle all of your cheese on full right half of the flatbread.
- Add your pineapple to the bottom 1/4 right.
- Flip your flatbread up starting from bottom left, then over from top left to the right then finish with flipping the last down.
- Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
- Spray the top of your wrap with ICBINB and flip.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half diagonal then ENJOY!
