Making colorful and delicious bowls are fun and filling! This one is so delish with perfect combinations of flavors.
We use our Sous Vide to cook all of our steak. It cooks the meat perfectly tender and holds in all the flavor. I actually made fun of my husband when he first bought it. Just the thought of cooking meat in water was the oddest thing to me and made no sense. Then hearing that restaurants do this and there are so many different things you can cook in it I was sold. Granted, I should have been sold just by the fact that my husband knew what he was talking about. HA! If you don’t have one I highly recommend running out and buying one!
