I love the combination of chocolate and mint. These baked oats are no exception! These oats are such an easy and quick meal prep for the week and the flavors are endless!
I can't believe we only have two weeks until Christmas. It has gone by so fast which I say every year.
Not only is this breakfast yummy but it's also healthy for you. They'll keep you full for hours!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender (I use Ninja)
  • 1 Oven
  • 4 Ramekins
  • 1 Cookie Sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats (I use Quaker)
  • 1 Premier Protein Winter Mint Chocolate Protein Shake
  • 48 grams Simply Delish Chocolate Keto Pudding Mix (1 box)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 2 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 50 Lily's Baking Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Spray your ramekins and place on the cookie sheet
  • Blend all ingredients except for chocolate chips
  • Pour evenly into your four ramekins
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Ovens may vary. If eating immediately, may want to bake longer.
