- 2/3 cup Corn
Skinny BBQ Sauce
- 4 tbsp GHughes Sugar Free Ketchup
- 1-1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Season your flat iron steak with your favorite spices
- Broil for 7 minutes
- Mix your BBQ sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil then simmer, whisking periodically
- Flip your steak and season on the side up
