There’s just something about a bright, fresh, fruit-filled salad that hits differently—especially when it’s homemade, WW-friendly, and even better than the restaurant version! These Copycat Panera Strawberry Poppyseed Salad Bowls are one of my absolute favorite warm-weather meals. They’re light but satisfying, naturally sweet from all the fresh fruit, and layered with flavor and texture in every bite.

If you’ve ever had the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad from Panera, you know how crave-worthy it is. But making it at home means you control the ingredients, portion sizes, and points—and it’s so easy to meal prep for the week. My version uses grilled chicken breast for lean protein, crisp romaine, fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks, and mandarin oranges. I drizzle it with a light poppyseed dressing that brings everything together with just the right amount of tang and creaminess.

Not only is this salad bowl bursting with flavor, it’s also WW-friendly, high in protein, and loaded with nutrients from all the vibrant fruits and greens. I love prepping a few of these bowls ahead of time for quick grab-and-go lunches or dinners—especially during the warmer months when I don’t feel like cooking a heavy meal.

What makes this salad really stand out is how balanced and exciting it is. Each bite is a mix of sweet, tangy, juicy, and savory—from the citrusy mandarin and juicy pineapple to the grilled chicken and poppyseed drizzle. It’s a texture dream too: crisp romaine, tender chicken, and fresh berries come together in the most refreshing way. It's the kind of meal that leaves you full, energized, and completely satisfied—without ever feeling heavy. Whether you're tracking WW points or just want a beautiful, nourishing salad that actually tastes amazing, this one's a keeper!
The dressing is store bought and from Panera. It is super low in points and calories! For 4 tbsp it is only ONE point!
